My skips don't work, although they worked on Friday. I checked with the AI support and the set up seems fine.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi retailnz,
When I cloned and tested your form, it seemed the conditions worked accordingly. I also tested your form directly, and I got the same result. Check out the sample screencast below:
I cleared your form cache as a precaution. If the issue persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can investigate this further? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Hi retailnz,
I tested the conditions on my end and it seems that it jumps to the correct page when clicking the correct option. For example, when I selected No in Auckland, it jumped to Hamilton Average Wage Rates. Check out the screencast below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Your video does not show it jumping to Hamilton? You still have to scroll to the bottom and press Next???

Hi retailnz,
Your form conditional logics are set up correctly, but it seems you're trying to automatically jump to the next page based on a user's selection. To make this work, you need to enable the Auto Next feature on the Next button. For this feature to function properly, the last field on the page must be a dropdown or single choice element. Fields that require manual input, such as text boxes, won't trigger the auto-advance. Let me show you how to do it with the cloned version of your form:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, add Single Choice or Dropwdown element into your form page as the last field.
3. Now click on the Gear icon beside the Next button, then click on the Advanced tab, and click on the Auto Next switch button to turn it on.
Here's the result:
You can also try using the Card Form Layout, which is more convenient if you want the form to automatically jump to the next page after a selection. Here's our guide on How to Change Your Form Layout.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
