    Thanks for patiently waiting. It seems that you were charged for 2 invoices (Bronze and Silver Yearly subscriptions). Can you please confirm which one you'd like to keep? We'll then refund the other.

    Mōrena,

    I had selected the silver yearly subscription as it said it was going to work out cheaper than if we stayed on bronze. 

    Will this still be the case? We just want the cheaper option out of the two.

    While the Silver yearly subscription does come with a discount compared to monthly billing, it will still be slightly more expensive than staying on the Bronze plan overall. That said, the Silver plan offers higher usage limits and additional features, which may be beneficial depending on your needs.

    Ultimately, it's up to you which plan you'd prefer to keep, whether it's the more affordable Bronze option or the higher-tier Silver with added usage limits. Just let us know what works best for you, and we're happy to help make the switch if needed.

    Can I just confirm that the cost of the bronze subscription is $465.25? As that is what I was charged.

    Hi Taylah,

    Upon checking your record, the total payment for your Bronze Yearly subscription is $127.15, which already reflects the prorated adjustment due to the duplicate subscription charge earlier. Your current plan is active and will renew on May 13, 2026.

    You can also review the full breakdown of your payment and past transactions by checking your invoices in your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab, and scroll down a bit to the Invoices section
    4. Now, either click on your Invoice IDs to see the details or the Download icon on the right side of them.
