Hi there,
We have reached our upload space limit, but I can't find where to delete anything out of the acount to free up the space. It says there is 1GB of files somewhere, but as we have the submissions deleting every 30 days, there are no submissions to delete files.
Can you help me free up space please? Thanks

Hi Cossutta,
Thanks for reaching out to us about your upload space issue. Even though your submissions are set to delete every 30 days, the deleted submissions are first moved to the Trash folder, where they remain for 30 days before being permanently deleted. These trashed entries still occupy upload space until they are permanently deleted .Let me help you free up space:
- In Submission Tables, click on the 3 dots on the top left side
- Select Trashed Entries.
- On the right panel, select All the submissions and click on the trash can icon.
- Finally, confirm the deletion by clicking on Delete on the pop-up page.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Yes, I read this before I messaged you, but I do not have anything in the trash. Submissions are set to be deleted after 30 days, so I can not find anything to delete.

Hi Cossutta,
I've recalculated your upload space and cleared your form caches. Your upload space is now at 70.50 MB/1.00 GB. You should no longer be seeing the warning message now.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Clearing upload space can actually improve the performance and efficiency of your system, especially when working with large media files. It's important to regularly manage storage to avoid excessive delays. For students handling heavy projects, combining this with can keep both your research and your device running smoothly.
