Can't Locate Form

theres a form i created where i dumped a lot of content in, it had mention of cycles and other things. it also had diagrams in it, i cant find it for some reason.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw two forms that might match what you are looking for. They are Pre Break The Cycle Form Mo and Post Break The Cycle Form. If you don’t recognize these, try using the My Workspace page to search or filter your saved forms, as that may help you locate the right one. Let me show you how:

1. On your Myworkspace page, click on the Types button and filter it to Forms.

2. You can also try searching the form in the top right area.

3. Check the Trash and Archive folders if the forms are in there.

Hello, thank you for the quick reply. Its neither. The form im talking about had over 60 slides all fileld with content, it was a brain dump form for me.

Is it possible it was deleted by mistake? and any way to look into recovering anything deleted more than 30 days ago?

If the form was already deleted more than 30 days ago, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to restore it. You can try searching through your History in your Browser and see if you can locate the form URL. Once we have the URL, we can use it to locate the form and see if it is still active.
