Jotform is not sending form submission emails to the recipient email

    Hi lazemsolutions,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and noticed that the email address support@lazem.sa wasn't added as a recipient in your Notification Email. Additionally, there's no Autoresponder Email set up, which means the form submitter won't receive a confirmation email after submission. Check out the screencast below:

    Jotform is not sending form submission emails to the recipient email Image 1 Screenshot 60To fix this, you'll just need to add the desired email address as the recipient in your Notification Email settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Go to the Emails tab on the left side of the page, and click the Pencil icon beside Notification 1.
    3. Go to the Recipients tab, enter the email address as the Recipient Email, and click on Save. Jotform is not sending form submission emails to the recipient email Image 2 Screenshot 71

    If you're referring to the Autoresponder Email that sends a confirmation email to the submitter after form submission, you can set this up by first adding an Email field to your form, then creating an Autoresponder Email linked to that field. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Form Builder, click on the Add Element on the left side of the page.

    Next, let's add the Autoresponder Email:

    1. In your Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Go to the Emails tab on the left side of the page, and click the + Add Email button.
    3. Select the Autoresponder Email in the list, and set the Email Recipient, and other settings.
