Hi Tami,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. For your non-profit foundation, you can easily create forms to receive suggestions. Use Jotform’s intuitive drag-and-drop Form Builder to design a personalized form for collecting suggestions. Include fields like text boxes, dropdown menus, and multiple-choice questions to capture detailed feedback. Dragging and dropping features or elements makes it really easy to create forms. I'll help you do it:
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
- Choose Start From Scratch, and select Classic Form to create an empty form, or Use Template to choose among our 10,000+ ready-to-go templates (Start From Scratch was used in this example).
- Now, in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.
Once your forms are ready, you can share them via direct links, embed them on your website, or share on social media. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Create Your First Web Form.
And regarding your other questions about donations, I moved it to a new thread to avoid confusion on the topics. You can check it out here.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
