Account Usage: Monthly submission limit exceeded

    Good Day, I have deleted submissions, and emptied trash, and yet it still says reaching the max soon.

    Hoping you can help!

    Hi Jochim,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The monthly submission limit resets on the first day of your monthly usage cycle. Note that deleting and purging monthly submissions, signed documents, or payment submissions will not free up their respective usage count. To restore access, you have a couple of options. You can wait until the submission counter resets or you may choose to upgrade to any of our paid plans. Upgrading not only increases your submission limits but also allows for an immediate reactivation of your account.

    I am referring to the total submission storage, not monthly submission. In fact, this month just started, I barely had any submission this month, and now I am close to my limit. need your assistance to fix it.
