    Hi rtbmembership,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll support you as best I can until one of our support agents steps in.

You asked how to send automated reminder emails to your users to remind them to finish or start their forms.

Let me help you with that:

Jotform allows you to set up Autoresponder Emails that are sent automatically to your form users after they submit the form. However, for reminders to users who have not yet completed or started the form, you can use Jotform Workflows with follow-up forms and automated email invitations.

Here’s how you can create automated reminder emails:

    1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab and then select the Emails section to create autoresponder emails that send confirmation or follow-up emails after form submission.
    2. For reminders to users who haven't finished or started the form, use the Workflow Builder to add a Form element that sends follow-up form invitations via email. You can customize the email content and set up automatic reminders for these invitations.
    3. Customize the invitation email in the Workflow Builder by editing the subject, content, sender name, and other settings. The email includes a dynamic "View Form" button link for easy access.
    4. Set reminder intervals in the Workflow Builder to automatically send reminder emails until the form is completed or the invitation expires.

This setup helps you keep track of users who need reminders to start or complete their forms efficiently.

If you want to send reminders for signed documents, Jotform Sign also has an automatic reminder feature that you can enable under the Send tab.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi rtbmembership,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can send a reminder email to the user to complete a form by setting up the Reminder Emails feature.

It's very easy to Set Up Reminder Emails in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
    3. Edit the content of your Reminder Email.

How to Send an Email on a Later Date Image 1 Screenshot 40 You can also set the repeat period, specify when it will be sent, and choose the start and end date. Let's do it:

    1. While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.
    2. Adjust the Repeats and Send Date options as needed to select which day or days you would like to send.
    3. Click the Downward Arrow icon in the Send Time section to change the time it will be sent.
    4. In the Start Date section, click the Calendar icon to set the starting date. You can also set an end date to stop sending reminder emails on a specific day in the End Date section, and click on Save.

Now, when you say remind users to finish their form, are you referring to the where users can save their form progress? Unfortunately, it's not an option yet. We can forward a request for that feature if you confirm that that's what you're looking form.

Now, when you mention sending a reminder email to users to finish their form, are you referring to the Save and Continue Later feature that lets users save their progress? If that is what you are looking for, we can forward it as a feature request, although the option is not available yet.

In the meantime, it's also easy to enable Save and Continue later on your form. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    2. Click on Show More Options.
    3. Scroll down to Save and Continue Later option, then select Enabled from the dropdown options, and you're done. How to Send an Email on a Later Date Image 3 Screenshot 62

Hello, is there a way to send the reminder email to the email address listed on the form in the applicant email field? I don't see a way to do that in the recipient tap. Also, can I choose every two weeks for the reminder schedule instead of daily, weekly, or monthly? How to Send an Email on a Later Date Image 1 Screenshot 30

    Hi rtbmembership,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to map out the Email field on your form for the Reminder Emails. As a workaround, you can use the Send Email Later feature of the Autoresponder to send an email on a later date. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.

    3. Hover over your mouse to the Autoresponder field and click the Pencil icon.

    4. Go to the Advanced tab.

    5. Select the date on which you want to send the Autoresponder under the Send Email Later section.

    6. Click on Save once you're done.
