Form Calculation: Missing Error Field

I have a lengthy calculation defined which is showing an error. I think I deleted one of the field in it's calculation. But I can't seem to figure out how to successfully update the calculation.

You see the Missing Field between field 71 and 73. I have tried to backspace it out and that looks good but it doesn't get saved and the error is persistent.

When I go to Settings / Conditions I don't seem to be able to find this calculation to possibly update it from there either.

I have purged the cache as well.

Can you tell me how to update/save the calculation so that I don't have to redefine the entire calculation.

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that there's a missing field that needs to be updated in your form calculation or can be deleted. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Calculation widget and select the Wand icon to open the Widget Settings.
    2. Scroll until you see the missing field on your calculation, select it, and choose the corresponding field that needs to be added.
    3. You can also use the backspace to delete it and don't forget to click the Save button at the bottom when done. Adjust the Zoom Settings in your browser to see the Save option.

Geez I'm an idiot. I thought it was odd that I didn't have to Save the change I made to the calculation. I looked but couldn't see any Save button. Then when I saw your response there is a Save button way down at the bottom so I modified the screen resolution to find it. Problem is that there was no way to scroll down to the bottom of the calculator to know/find/press the Save button. Perhaps the Save button could be relocated to the top of the calculator which would be obvious under all screen resolutions.

Thanks for your prompt response, case closed.
