I am currently working on a project where I need to synchronize data across multiple forms. Specifically, I have three separate forms, and some questions are the same across all three forms (e.g., "Are you a graduate?"). I would like to set it up so that if a user selects "Yes" for a question in Form A, this answer will automatically be updated across Form B and Form C as well, ensuring consistency in the data submitted across the forms.
Is this possible? -

Hi mitesh1sanpurple,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Here are two effective options to synchronize data across your multiple forms:
- Passing Data via Form URL Prefill: You can pass data from Form A to Form B and Form C by appending answers as URL parameters. When users open the subsequent forms through these prefilled URLs, the fields will automatically populate with the data from the previous form, ensuring consistency. We have a guide on How to Automatically Pass Form Data to Another Form that you can check out.
- Prefill Using Workflow: After the first form is submitted and signed, you can set up an automated workflow that assigns the user to the next form with the relevant data prefilled. This creates a seamless transition between forms without requiring users to re-enter information. Here's a guide you can check for that.
Both of these options require the forms to be submitted sequentially—first Form A, then Form B, and finally Form C—so the data can be passed along from one form to the next.
Let us know if you need any other help.
