We checked our Jotform account, and it says that the signed documents will be reset on May 12. We will want to clarify since we thought it would be reset monthly. Can you explain to us why it says May 12? Also, we made our payment last March 27. Please see the attached photo.

Can you please explain why it is May 12? One month is 30/31 days only. What is your basis for this? May 12 is over one month. We would appreciate it if you would explain it further to us.

Your account resets on the 12th of every month, no matter when you signed up or made a payment. Even if you’re on the Starter plan with no monthly payments, the reset still happens on the 12th. So at most, each cycle lasts 30 days.
