Jotform Appointments: Set up different times and approve appointment requests

I want to set up Jotform Appointments for my team in such a way that - one can set up open times in each week day different; can approve or deny appointment request ; When one submit appointment request an email and WhatsApp / text come to team member ; My different offices and staff can use same form
