Hi Osamah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. With Jotform Appointments, you can easily manage appointments and automate reminders. Here’s how you can achieve your requirements:
- Set different open times for each weekday: Use the Appointment field in Form Builder. You can configure availability for each weekday separately under the Availability tab of the Appointment field settings.
- Approve or deny appointment requests: While Jotform does not have a built-in approve/deny workflow for appointments, you can set up email notifications to alert you when a request is submitted. Then, you can manually confirm or deny by contacting the requester or using conditional logic to manage status updates.
- Email and WhatsApp/text notifications to team members: Set up email notifications in the Settings > Emails section to notify team members when an appointment request is submitted. For WhatsApp or text notifications, you can integrate with third-party services like Twilio using Jotform’s integrations or webhooks to send SMS or WhatsApp messages automatically.
- Multiple offices and staff using the same form: You can create a single form that includes a dropdown or selection field for different offices and staff members. This way, all offices and staff can use the same form, and submissions can be filtered or routed accordingly.
Additionally, Jotform Appointments supports integration with calendars like Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar for two-way sync, preventing double bookings and keeping schedules updated automatically.
