User reports an issue with billing where the payment status shows as overdue despite having two charges on their account.

Hi Arely,
Thanks for patiently waiting. There was an issue with our system not recognizing the payment withdrawn on April 16, 2025. This has already been fixed and your subscription has been restored.
Please note that I can only see 1 payment on our system. Can you please share a screenshot of the other charge with us so we can investigate further?
As soon as we hear from you, we should be able to assist you further.
