How to Create a Searchable Pricebook by Keyword

Hi 

I am looking for the ability to create a Searchable PRICE BOOK for our Field Technicians, whereby they can search a term such as "leaky faucet" on their phone and then be able to see the Price Range and the Upsells options. 

Can your service do this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, Jotform can help you build a solution like this. You can create your own AI Agent to assist your Field Technicians. They’ll be able to ask the agent for item prices, and based on the pricelist you trained it with, it can provide the correct pricing along with relevant upsell suggestions. You can easily create an AI Agent from scratch. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Agents page, click on Create Agent in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Next, select the Primary Channel you want for your AI Agent and click on Next. (I used Standalone in this example.)
3. On the Create an Agent page, click on Start From Scratch. 
4. Now, on the Describe the Agent page that opens, enter a description for the AI Agent you want to create or click on a button below it for a predefined one, and then click on Create.

This generates an AI Agent based on the description you entered and redirects you to AI Agent Builder to further customize it.

Now, you can train your AI Agent and upload a pricing list it can use when asked. Adding information to your AI Agent's Knowledge Base is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.

2. Now, click on Add New Knowledge.

Note: If you’ve already added knowledge to your agent, click on Add New Knowledge to open the knowledge-adding options.

3. Enter accurate details your AI Agent can use to provide the best responses. This includes your the Product features, Pricing, Policies, FAQs, and any other key information Field Technicians may ask about.

4. Now, click on Save at the bottom of the page, and you're all set.
