Incomplete Values is Required Error Upon Submission

I have two forms, both of which throw this error when trying to submit.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested both of your forms, I ran into the same issue. After testing and trying to remove fields to find out which one was causing the issue, I saw that it's the Fill in the Blank field, which is shown in the screenshot below:

To fix this, we can replace the field with the Paragraph element. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page, and select Paragraph under the Basic tab.

2. Click on the Paragraph's Pencil icon to edit it, and enter the Acknowledgment text.

3. Once done, click on the Check icon to save it.

4. Click on the Fill in the Blank field, and select the Trash Can icon to remove it.
