Does guest information form and a signed agreement possible in Jotform?

We're looking for a service that can do both: guest information form and a signed agreement. Here's is our current Guest Information form: https://www.nextadventure.com/confirmation. When submitted, the system generates an Agreement for an esignature. Is something like this possible? We have about 250 clients per year...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily create your form using our Form Builder, and after it, you can build a workflow so that when someone has completed your form, it will then email them a signable document to fill out. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the Downward arrow in the upper left of the page and select Workflow Builder.

2. In Workflow Builder, add a Sign Document and use the Name and Email field of the form.

That's it, and you're done, you can customize the workflow further more by adding conditions or branches of outcome based on your requirements. We also have a guide here that you can check to know more about this.
