I need to enhance/add questions to a published form that is active on our website. What is the best approach to making changes without interrupting the published form AND for allowing for a review process/adjustment to the new questions before publishing?
Thank you.

Hi Barb,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To enhance or add questions to a published form without interrupting its live version on your website, the best approach is to first clone the existing form. This allows you to work on a separate draft without affecting the current, active version. You can freely make all necessary edits, add questions, and test conditions or logic on the cloned form.
Once your updates are complete, you can share the draft form with your team for review and adjustments using the preview link. After everything is approved, you can either update the embed code on your website to point to the new version or manually apply the changes to the original form if you want to keep the same URL. This workflow ensures that there’s no downtime or disruption for users accessing the current form while still allowing for a smooth review and publishing process.
