Revision History is Not Working

    Hi I am attempting to use the revision history feature and I keep getting the loading circle of death and cannot actually adjust history, I need to go back to just before 2pm my local time before I activated the print feature on the form

Since you are experiencing the loading issue and cannot access the revision history to revert your form to just before 2pm (before activating the print feature), here are some steps you can try:

    1. Refresh the Form Builder page and try accessing the revision history again to see if it loads properly.
    2. Clear your browser cache or try using a different browser to rule out any browser-related issues causing the loading problem.
    3. Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable and not causing the loading delay.
    4. If the issue persists, try to duplicate your form and then check the revision history on the duplicated form as a workaround.

    If none of these steps work, please note that the revision history feature should normally allow you to revert to previous versions, but sometimes technical issues may temporarily affect it.

    Meanwhile, if you need to print submissions or manage your form's print feature, you can also consider using the Print Button on your form or utilize Jotform Tables to view and print submission data.

    Are you able to see the history on your end when you attempt to access the form?

    As the clone method does not clone the history on the file

    Hi IHGRefresh,

    When I checked your form revision history, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers.  As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

    i am having the same issue, please help, i cannot make my form until this is fixed because a glitch happened and erased too much
