    Hi IHS_Waivers,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Even if you downgrade to the Starter plan, you’ll still be able to access and download your signed documents through Jotform Inbox. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Inbox of your Signed Document, click on the Three Dots icon on the left side of the page in the Inbox tab.
    2. Click on the Download All button, select the file type you want, and it will automatically start to download.
