Hi Christine,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue so we can help you with it? Can you also share with us the link to the form your having issues with so we can check further? We have a guide on where to find your form URL that you can check out.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Here is our link for our registration form. I did get an email from Keenly. Telling me he would be working on my question.
When a student registers for a class, we are able to see the registration. However, the number on the Jotform isn't updating correctly. It’s supposed to decrease as students register, but either it doesn’t change at all, or it displays an incorrect number of remaining spots in each class.

Thank,
Christine

Hi Christine,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As you can see, the number of available tickets decreases when it is selected on the submission. I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position. After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
