Multiple Users for one Jotform Account

    I'd like more information on how best we could utilize this for our organization, I see all plans only offer 1 user- is this standard or are there plans that allow for more than 1 user?

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding your question about plans that allow more than one user, our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are designed for individual, single-user accounts. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add additional users to these accounts.

    If your organization requires multiple users to access and manage forms and submissions, we recommend upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts support multiple users, providing your team with full control and visibility into each member's actions, which is ideal for organizational use.

    Alternatively, you can collaborate with team members on specific forms using our Form Collaboration feature, which allows multiple users to work on the same form simultaneously. You can also share submission tables with your team for collaborative management of form data.
