Form quiz results not displaying fully.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form and set quiz answers, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I have gone ahead and cleared the form cache on our end to refresh the data. Can you try to set up again your quiz answers and see if the issue persists? Also, try to test it using a different browser or via Incognito window.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

it is only when it is embedded that the error occurs.

Can you share a screenshot of the console error logs, that would help us check the issue. This guide will help you get a report from most common browsers. Can you also share with us the website where you embed the form. And will you allow us to submit a test submission?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
