Hello,
Our account displays that we have used up our 50 monthly forms but we only created 1 form this month.
Please advise.

Hi Maya,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The form limit refers to the maximum number of active forms allowed in your account. Unlike submission limits, this does not reset monthly. To create additional forms, you must either delete and purge existing active forms, move them to the archive folder, or disable your form. You can visit our guides below:
