Feature Request: Option to reduce the number of days a deleted entry can sit in the Trashed Entries section

We're using Jotform for a simple employee feedback form that needs to be anonymous. We don't want to keep any data in the submissions tab or the Jorform inbox. I've got auto-deletion setup, but those submissions still sit in the trash for 30 days or until they're manually purged. Is there a way to set it up so that nothing is stored in submission or the Jotform inbox? The email we receive upon form submission is all the data we want.

    Thanks

    Rusty

    Hi Rusty,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there's no option to change the number of days that a deleted entry can be stored in Trash Entries. You would need to manually purge the entries to remove them from the Trashed Entries section.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
