Hi,
I want to create an appointment jotform.
However, I want to set specific dates and times according to dates and not days of week.
For e.g
1st May - 10am to 3pm
2nd May - 2pm to 11pm
3rd May 3pm to 10pm
Is that possible?

Hi concierge793,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to customized the Appointment availability based on the dates. As a workaround, you can integrate your form to Google Calendar, and mark your unavailable days or times as Out of Office or Busy to reflect those in the Jotform form. Jotform will automatically block out those dates or times in the appointment widget, ensuring that users cannot select them. Let me show you how:
- On your Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- Click on Integrations.
- Select Google Calendar on the list.
- On your Appointment widget, click on the gear icon.
- On Availability tab, select Google Calendar under Sync with Your Calendar. Select the account where you want your appointment to be synced.
Now, to block the time and dates that you will be unavailable, Go to your Google Calendar that was synced to your form.
- On your Google Calendar, marked the time that you will be unavailable. Example, Out of Office from 9am-10am.
- You can do this to the other dates that you want to customized the available dates.
Give it a try and let us know there’s anything else we can help you with.
