What solution could work for our business that require signoffs?

We have a series of checklists we use in our business that require signoffs. I would like to talk to someone to see what solutions could potential work for us.

I'll help you do it:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. Choose Start From Scratch, and select Classic Form to create an empty form, or Use Template to choose among our 10,000+ ready-to-go templates (Start From Scratch was used in this example).
3. Now, in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.
4. Under the Basic, Payments, or Widgets tabs, scroll down the list, and then drag and drop the fields onto your form. And that’s it.

2. Include signature fields in your forms to capture signoffs electronically, ensuring compliance and easy record-keeping.

3. Set up Notifications and approvals so that once a checklist is signed off, the relevant parties are informed automatically.

4. Use Jotform Tables to track and manage all submitted checklists and signoffs in one place.
