Hi Isabelle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Save and Continue Later pop up language can't be customized, but it adapts to the form filler's browser language. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Regarding with the assign email, unfortunately this can't also be customized. As a workaround, you can use the Share on Email feature. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, choose Share on Email and customize the Email Subject and Content.
4. Go to Recipients tab and add the recipients email in the To section.
5. Click the Save button.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your answer.
That is weird for the Continue and save later because my browser is set up in french. I use Chrome. Any clue?

Hi Isabelle,
You can clear your browser cache and set French as your primary browser language in Chrome's Language Settings by putting a check in the box next to Display Chrome in this language. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Under Form Settings, click on Show More Options button.
- In the Form Language Section, click on Edit and set it to French.
When both browser and Form Language is set to French:
When the browser is not in French:
When Form Language is English:
