Hello, the Google maps doesn't show is the user chatted from Messenger agent.
It works well if chatted directly on the chatbot on my website.

Hi John,
I tried it with my AI Agent, and I'm getting the same issue. For us to escalate this, can you try to test your AI Agent messenger by logging in using a computer? If the same issue, can you try to remove it and then add it back? You can manage the connection here. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Once removed, add it back and then try to test your AI Agent Messenger using your computer, and if it's working, try it with your mobile device.
