How can we easily train our AI agent?

Yes, we know how to set up the AI Agent, but it involves a long conversation with our clients.

We wonder if there is a form or approach that avoids over an hour of our time, where we typically need to:

STEP ONE

- Overview the various channels,

- Then explain each core feature,

- State how they operate and their benefits,

- Show them what they look like,

- Discuss additional design variations,

- Answer their questions,

- Ask for files and colours,

STEP TWO

Then we have to:

- Create a draft,

- Modify the Draft

- etc

If we plan to do hundreds of these, it will consume too much time.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. There are multiple ways to train your AI agent. You'll find them in AI Agent Builder, under the Train tab. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent builder, click on the Train tab on the blue navigation bar at the top.
2. Next, click Knowledge Base on the left side panel.
3. From here, you can select the methods to add knowledge to your AI.
4. You may also use the Teach Your Agent option to talk to your agent, and teach it how you'd like it to work.
