I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my account. I’ve been receiving daily email reminders to complete two forms I created and tested—specifically, one titled “Company Networking Contact Form & ‘Bonus Pay’.
The message reads:
“A form is waiting for you to fill out. Just a friendly reminder for you. Please click the button below to fill out the ‘Company Networking Contact Form’.
These notifications appear to be automated, and I’m not sure how to stop them. I believe they may have been triggered during my initial testing of the forms.
Could you please assist me with stopping these recurring emails? I’d like to keep the forms active but prevent receiving further reminders as the creator.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Jacqueline Williams

Hi Jacqueline,
The recurring reminder emails you're receiving are most likely due to Pending Action Emails or Autoresponder Emails with Reminder Settings that were triggered during your initial form testing. To stop these notifications while keeping your forms active, you can do the following:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Email.
3. Now, click on Schedule a Reminder Email.
4. Click on the Trashcan icon to delete the Reminder Email. That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
