Good afternoon,
I would like some help. The approval emails are being sent out misformatted—sometimes sections of information appear where they shouldn’t. This has been happening with several forms, and occasionally, information gets lost.
I noticed that when an update is made through Chrome, the workflow tab ends up losing information and the email settings get reconfigured.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
I see in the screenshot you shared that you're accessing the email using Outlook. Are you accessing your inbox using the Outlook app or a web browser? Can you try to access your inbox using a different web browser?
