Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check this guide about recovery codes for 2FA. To access the account, you'll need to generate an authentication code using the same Authenticator app that was used when 2FA was initially set up.

Hi I didnt set up a second authenticator system cause it was becoming too hard to access my account each time. I have just been using the recovery codes.. and didn't realise I had used them all up
Please casn you help me ASAP as I am loosing clients by not being able to access their data..
What other proof can I give you to help this?
