Hi landmarkgroup.
Let me show you how to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget:
First create a spreadsheet that has the same column name with the field label in your form, like the one below:
Let's now upload the spreadsheet to the Spreadsheet to Form widget:
- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
- From the General tab, upload the spreadsheet.
- Select Currency as the Access code column.
- Scroll down your mouse and select Yes from Autofill By Condition.
- If you don't want the Spreadsheet to Form widget to be visible in your form, select Yes from Run in the background.
- Click on Update at the bottom of the page.
Let's now set up an Update/Calculate Field condition:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Conditions from the left side window.
- Select Update/Calculate Field.
- Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page.
Here's the result:
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi landmarkgroup,
When I checked your form, I had the same issue. But when I cloned it again and applied the value to be passed on to the other fields, I couldn't replicate the issue. Check out my screencast below:
- In Form Builder, click on the Trash can icon of the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
- Click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- From the Widgets tab, search for Spreadsheet to Form and set it up again.
- Fix the conditions and adjust it accordingly, like the one below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi landmarkgroup,
Do you have a column in your spreadsheet that has the name 'Currency'? I've made a sample, and the issue is replicable after adding Currency as one of the columns on my spreadsheet. Check out my screenshot below for reference:
If yes, can you try changing the field label of your Currency field, like the one below? Here's the result:
