How to autofill the other fields using the Spreadsheet to Form widget

    Hi Team,


    In this form https://www.jotform.com/build/251112450227039

    I have a dropdown. If i select any currency from dropdown i need to auto fill my text fields from the matching value in the spreadsheet.


    Is there any possibility to do.

    Hi landmarkgroup.

    Let me show you how to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget:

    First create a spreadsheet that has the same column name with the field label in your form, like the one below:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
    2. From the General tab, upload the spreadsheet.

    4. Scroll down your mouse and select Yes from Autofill By Condition.
    5. If you don't want the Spreadsheet to Form widget to be visible in your form, select Yes from Run in the background.

     Let's now set up an Update/Calculate Field condition:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Conditions from the left side window.

    Hi I have done the same thing but once the the data is populated the first dropdown is becoming empty

    can you help me to resolve this

    When I checked your form, I had the same issue. But when I cloned it again and applied the value to be passed on to the other fields, I couldn't replicate the issue. Check out my screencast below:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Trash can icon of the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
    2. Click on Add Element on the left side of the page.

    Hi landmarkgroup,

    Can you try to remove the condition and add it back? Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Conditions from the left side window.

    Hi landmarkgroup,

    Do you have a column in your spreadsheet that has the name 'Currency'? I've made a sample, and the issue is replicable after adding Currency as one of the columns on my spreadsheet. Check out my screenshot below for reference:
