Can a user continue a conversation with the AI Agent chatbot, picking up where they left off?

When the same number sends a new message on a different day, the conversation is ignored and a new chat begins as if it started from scratch.

Can't he continue from where he left off without forgetting and destroying the past conversation? And can't we send messages after the time has passed?

Currently, when a user sends a new message on a different day using the same number, the AI Agent treats it as a new interaction. It does not carry over previous messages or recall past conversations, and there’s no built-in option to continue the dialogue from where it left off. This behavior is part of the current AI Agent setup and cannot be changed through any available settings on WhatsApp or any other channels.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've also escalated this request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
