Can’t find submitted forms

I continue to have issues finding forms that I have submitted to Spiraldance breathwork.

I can’t find the forms. Are there tutorials for this site?

Hi Dana,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, are you referring to forms that you previously filled out for Spiraldance Breathwork and are now trying to view your submissions? If so, note that submitted forms typically go to the form owner's Jotform account, and unless they’ve enabled an option to send you a copy or allow you to edit your submission, you may not be able to access them directly.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? You can also share the link to the form so we can take a look at it for you. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

Hi Dana,

You can easily check the forms assigned to you, including your submissions on your My Workspace page. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on Assigned To Me in the menu on the left side of the page.
2. Then, hover your mouse over the form assigned to you and click on View Submissions.

Once I navigate to this page there are no pages assigned to me. There should be a book review form.

If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Dana,

Since this form is under HIPAA, we're not allowed to see if this is successfully assigned to you. Can you ask the form owner to reassign the form again with you? Or ask them to verify if the form is successfully assigned.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

I should have a book review form from the same sender. That should not be covered by HIPPA.

Since we are restricted in accessing HIPAA accounts, I recommend that you contact the form owner and confirm if they've successfully assigned the form to you. Note that if a form is shared via the assign form, it will get listed in the Assigned to Me folder.
