Multingual Form: Will the answer be translated to the main language?

if I use form translation to change to another language, will the answers be translated back into English? English is the main language of the form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The answer will remain on the language they used, but the field label will be on the main Form Language you set English. We have this guide on how to make your form Multilingual.
