Now, coming back to your question, yes, this is possible. You can achieve it by using the Form Calculation widget to calculate scores based on user responses and then apply Conditional Logic to display the appropriate result on the Thank You Page after submission. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Widgets tab, enter Form Calculation in the search bar and drag and drop the widget to your form.

3. Click on the Wand icon beside the widget and click on the Add Field button.

4. Select each question field and insert a plus (+) sign between them. Make sure the last field doesn't have a plus sign after it. Once you're done, click the Save button.

5. Click on the Gear icon beside the widget, click on the Advance tab, and toggle on Hide Field.

Now create the conditional logic to show the result on the Thank You Page based on the scores.

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and click on Conditions on the left side menu.

2. Click on Add Condition and select Change Thank You Page.

3. Now set the conditional logic like the screencast below and make sure to click on the Save button once done.

Set up additional conditional logic to customize the Thank You Page based on the user's score. Below are some sample conditions:
