Workflow: The Approve Button Redirects to the Deny Button

When I click approve it goes to this screen.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After checking your Workflow, I saw that the second Approval element is incorrectly connected to the first Approval element. Let me show you how to fix that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.

2. Select Workflows from the menu on the left.

3. Hover your mouse over the Workflow template, and click on the Pencil icon.

4. In Workflow Builder, click on the link that's connecting the first and second Approval elements, and select the Trash Can icon to remove it.

5. Hover your mouse over the first Approval element until the link appears, and connect to the second element. It shouldn't be the other way around.

6. Click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page, and select End under Basic.

7. Connect the second Approval element to the End element, and select Approve as the Outcome.
