Hi Jotform Team,
I have recently tried to update my accounts email and I follow all of the steps (verification code, verifying the email via link sent to the new email, etc) but nothing has updated. I've attached a loom video showing the process! Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Samantha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you open your new email's mailbox in the incognito mode and then click on Verify email button to open Jotform page in the incognito window and Jotform sign up page will open on the screen? Let me show you how to change email ID associated with your Jotform account:
1. Login to your Jotform Account and click on your Avatar/Profile picture in the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the next page that opens up on screen, click on Account.
4. In the Email section, click on Edit button on the right side and enter the new email address and click on Save.
5. You'll receive an email on the new Email address to verify it.
6. It redirects to a login page where the username is already filled, all we need to do is enter the existing password to login into account.
7. Click on Start Now to start using the new email address.
8. Additionally, as soon as the email address associated with the Jotform account get change, you'll receive an email from Jotform on your Old email address.
