    Hi edu365cayman,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Once forms are transferred from your account to another account, the recipient becomes the new owner of those forms. The transfer cannot be reversed unless the new owner explicitly approves returning the forms to your account. If you're using a custom URL for your forms, it will automatically update from https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug} to https://form.jotform.com/{New_Owner_Username}/{your-custom-url-slug}. If this works for you, we’ll go ahead with transferring the forms.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.Transfer forms to another account Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Hi edu365cayman,

I would like to add, if you mean cloning the forms in the other account, you can clone them using the Import From a Web Page feature. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form in the upper-left corner of the page.
    2. Select Import Form, and select From a web page.
    3. Enter the form URL into the Enter URL field, and click on Create Form.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Can they be copied rather than transferred? If not, then please go ahead and transfer. However, we would need all the submissions to transfer with the forms - I believe copying would be safer if possible.

I have just imported the first form successfully - however my question about the tables would help me decide whether to import, or whether you can transfer forms with data?

    Hi edu365cayman,

Copying or cloning the form will only create a copy of the form itself but not the submissions. If you need the form and its submissions to be carried over to the other account, we'll need to transfer the ownership of the forms. Can you confirm if we can proceed?

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Yes please - please transfer all the forms and data. Note I have already imported Clone of Clone Student Registration w additional fields - Jotform Form Builder which has no data.

    Hi edu365cayman,

Unfortunately, we can't move forward with transferring of the forms and data because your account and the destination account are connected to different data centers. You need to update your account's settings of the other and make sure that they match. Here's how:

    1. On the website, click on your Avatar on the top-right portion of the page.
    2. From the menu, click Settings.
    3. Select Data from the left menu.
    4. Lastly, update the GDPR Data Center setting.
