Send Autoresponder Emails on Encrypted Forms

I have an encrypted form and I need a way to send an email to the submitter as confirmation they completed the form. Is that possible?

Hi Carissa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is not possible to automatically send Autoresponder Emails to submitters if the form is encrypted. If you want to send them a message for the confirmation of their submission, you can reply to them in your form's Inbox. Let me show you how to do that:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form, and click on Inbox on the right side of the page.

2. In Inbox, enter your Encryption Key, and click on Access.

3. Click on Reply in the top-right corner of the page.
