WhatsApp Agent: How it works

Hi,

I want to use an agent but I can't quite figure out how to solve the problem. The job of the agent is to receive a request in whats app and then send or forward the details on to another number. Please can you help?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do note that when using AI WhatsApp as the channel, the purpose is to allow your AI agent to interact through a WhatsApp Business account. However, you must first have a WhatsApp Business account and link it to your Facebook profile to receive the chats on your linked WhatsApp Business number.
