I have a couple of clients who said that they ran into issues when submitting their form, and it wouldn't let them submit (I don't know what the actual problem was). I AM able to see their partially completed forms in the "incomplete submissions" section. How can I send a link to the client so they can resume and complete their submission? I want to make sure we don't accidentally overwrite the information they've already completed. Thank you!

Hi Steven,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can send the session link to the email address of the form filler. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Submission Table, click on the Three Dots icon on the left-top area and select Incomplete Submissions.
2. Click on the View button on the right navigation panel and copy the URL or session ID, then send this link to the right person via email.
You can check out our guide on How to View Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks so much. Is it possible for my colleague who I share my form with to view the incomplete submissions too? Or only the account owner can view those?

Hi Steven,
Regardless, you share a private, or public table link with your colleague, that person won't be able to view the incomplete submission in your table. So, that feature is only available to the form owner, not to others. Your colleague will see the such type of the options as shown below:
