Is it possible to allow user to add option to the field?

Is it possible to allow a user to add a field to a list on a form..  EG: i have 3 options but not the one they need or is perhaps now available etc ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can consider adding Other option, which will open a Short Text for the user to fill in, and I see that you have added it. If you would like to add more than 1 option, presently it isn't possible. The closest workaround you can consider is using Configurable List, which will allow the user to add as many row as they wanted. You can find the demo here.
