Form Title Displays Incorrectly When Sharing the Link

I don't know why it says rankly filter quiz demo even tho I have chnaged the name a while back. I cant send the link to people with this being the name

I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. I would also suggest clearing caches from your device. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
