    Is it possible this email is on the bounceback list?

    Hi Winningwaysusa,

    I checked the email address crocke@winningwaysusa.com and found it was on our bounce list, which likely caused the issue with missing notifications. Here’s the error log for your reference:

    Reason(s) : bounced (host mail.winningwaysusa.com[162.241.230.66] said: 550 No Such User Here (in reply to RCPT TO command))

    I’ve removed the email from the bounce list, so you should start receiving notifications again. To prevent this issue from happening in the future, can you  try the following:

    1. Check your Spam folder, and mark any Jotform emails as "not spam."
    2. Add these email addresses to your contact list:

    Whitelist these IP addresses with your email provider:

    • 152.160.0.0/16
    • 23.251.253.0/26
    • 38.153.9.0/24
    • 38.152.248.0/24

    You can also remove your email address from the bounce list directly in your account using this guide. For further tips, check out our guide on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Issues. Alternatively, consider setting up an SMTP in your account to send notifications using your own email address. You can easily set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

    2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

    3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
