AI Agent: porting 1800 number

I have an 1800 number I purchased that I would like to port to a jotform AI Agent. How can this be done.

We’re excited to share that you can now use Jotform’s AI Phone Agent with your own phone number, or any number from your Twilio account, just by connecting Twilio!

Once connected, you can assign your personal or Twilio numbers to your AI Agents in whatever way works best for you. Even better, Twilio’s global reach means you’ll be able to connect with users in more countries. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started:

1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Phone Agent.

3. Then, In the top-right corner of the Phone Agent window, click on Buy Number.

4. Next, in the Select a Country section, click on Can’t Find Your Country? at the bottom of the Countries list.

5. Then, click on Connect Your Twilio Account right below the Share Your Comment field.

6. Now, in the Connect to Twilio Numbers window that opens up, enter your Twilio Account SID and Twilio Auth Token, and then click on Authenticate to connect your account.
