    Hi poncereinabel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. Yes, Jotform has ability to capture the IP address from where the submission is made. You can check it in the Jotform Tables. You can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
    2. Now, on the left side of your Jotform Submissions Table, you'll see a list of all of your submissions.

You can also use the Jotform's Form Analytics to view form responses and views for different time periods in each form. Let me show you how you check it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select Form Analytics.
    2. Under your form's name, click on This MonthAll-time, or Custom to change the time filters.
    3. Click on DevicePlatform, or Location to view more information about the form submitter.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Ponce,

That's right, it's automated. As for your other question, yes, it would also work the same way if the form is submitted offline because technically, if a form is submitted offline, it will only become a complete submission once the device is online. So it would still capture the submitter's IP address.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Ponce,

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly. Did you mean you want to get the submitters' location coordinates or addresses without adding any related widgets to the form? If yes, you can only view the country where the submission is made from, and that is by looking at your form's Form Analytics, as suggested by my colleague above. But if you're looking to get input locations and generate geographic coordinates, you'll need to use widgets, such as the Location Coordinates widget. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
    2. Go to the Widgets tab, then search for and select Location Coordinates.
    3. On the Widget Settings panel that opens on the right, enter your Google Maps API Key.
    4. Click on the Update button at the bottom once done.

    Hi Ponce,

Online and offline forms follows the account usage and limits. You may see the Pricing page to learn more about the corresponding limits per subscription. With your other question, can you explain a bit more about it? What do you mean by knowing what was sent?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
