Cloned Form: Unable to edit the dates?

    i have cloned a form we used last year, and i'd like to use it again this year but i need to change dates within the form.

    i seem to be able to edit the text, but I can't figure out how to edit the dates

    Hi Emma,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you verify if you are referring to this form? If yes, I checked your form and it seems that you already changed the dates to 2025? If you are referring to change the date and not make it all May 19, you can change it in the Appointment settings. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, select Appointment Field and click on the Gear icon button.
