Hello,
The form we have created for our company is filled out by all staff when requiring something be purchased, we want to know how our staff can edit submissions if they do not have an account.
Please let me know all the way this can be possible.
Thank you.

Hi Allijah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can let your staff edit their submissions by adding an Edit Link to the Autoresponder Email even if they don't have an account as long as they entered their email address in the form. Let me show you how to set it up so that anyone who submits your form can edit it after they've submitted it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.
4. Click on the Email Content window, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.
5. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.
After submitting the form, the submitters will get an email like the one below:
Reach out again if you have any more questions.

To let submitters edit their submissions, provide an "Edit" option within their account or submission portal. Assign unique submission IDs and allow changes within a set timeframe. Use a user authentication system to verify identities before granting access Store submissions in a database with version control to track edits. Implement autosave and update notifications to ensure submitters know when changes are applied.

To let submitters edit their submissions in JoyForm, enable the "Allow Editing" option in your form settingsThis generates an edit link that you can share with submitters, allowing them to modify their responses even after submitting.

To let submitters edit their submissions, enable the "Edit Link" option in your form settings (available in tools like Google Forms, JotForm, or Typeform) After submission, provide them with the unique edit link so they can access and update their response later.
